About the Role
As a CRM & Marketing Specialist at Telebest, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions. You will also maintain the Loyalty Club by acquiring new members, remarketing to existing ones, and implementing an Always On maintenance strategy. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and monitor direct marketing promotions, campaigns, and interventions
- Monitor data quality, segmenting, marketing activities, and assessment
- Communicate with corporate CRM regarding activities, planning, updating, and coordinating
- Maintain Loyalty Club by executing acquisition strategies, remarketing strategies, and implementing an Always On maintenance strategy
- Attend to club requests, complaints, and queries and monitor resolution within agreed timelines
- Plan and implement CRM campaigns and communication initiatives
- Track performance of CRM campaigns and draw up performance reports
- Draft all relevant corporate and guest communication
- Implement communications process to keep track of all communication
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of Loyalty Programmes
- Principles of Direct Marketing
- Database management and mining skills
Qualifications
- Marketing Diploma (if applicable)
- 8 years plus Marketing experience in CRM (as a specialisation) (if applicable)
