About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven CRM Specialist to execute data-driven CRM strategies in our iGaming business, leveraging their experience with Optimove to drive player acquisition, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value through targeted, automated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute data-driven CRM strategies to drive player acquisition, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
- Build, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App).
- Manage automated player lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, churn prevention, VIP, reactivation).
- Develop segmentation strategies based on player behaviour, value, and lifecycle stage.
- Ensure timely campaign deployment aligned with promotional calendars.
Requirements
- 2–4 years CRM experience within the iGaming industry.
- Proven hands-on experience with Optimove.
- Strong understanding of player lifecycle management.
- Experience with campaign automation and segmentation.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data interpretation skills.
