About the Role
A well-established legal firm in Pretoria is seeking a Junior Litigation Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a law firm and possess a solid understanding of legal costing and invoice preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist attorneys with general administrative duties
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately
- Maintain filing systems and client records
- Manage scheduling, diaries, and office coordination
