About the Role

The Technical Operations Administrator (Production) role is an essential part of our company’s instrumentation equipment supply chain, supporting the production process and ensuring timely delivery to mines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and track production orders on SAP
  • Coordinate production schedules and priorities
  • Ensure stock and components are available for production builds
  • Liaise with production technicians, stores, logistics, and management
  • Ensure production documentation is accurate and audit-ready
  • Support quality and non-conformance processes
  • Track production progress and escalate delays

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in a production or technical environment

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Proficient in SAP

Proficient in MS Office
