As a Customer Manager, you will own a defined customer base and be responsible for nurturing relationships, generating repeat business, and identifying new opportunities. You will work with both established and dormant customers, focusing on converting opportunities, deepening trust, and driving sustained revenue growth. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, solid sales capability, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders across large corporates, PCOs, and event agencies.

What Youll Do
Maintain and grow a strong, diverse customer base
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Engage proactively with customers through calls, meetings, events, and social tools
Convert dormant accounts into active revenue-generating customers
Close deals, negotiate effectively, and progress opportunities through the pipeline
Attend customer events to build rapport and strengthen stakeholder ties
Manage sales activities and customer records using CRM systems
Secure repeat bookings and drive customer index growth
Conduct follow-ups after events to strengthen engagement and unlock new opportunities
Contribute to overall customer experience and act as a trusted partner
What You Bring
Solid experience in sales, customer management, or relationship-focused roles
Proven ability to close deals and negotiate confidently
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
Ability to build rapport quickly and create long-term relationships
Experience researching prospects and generating leads
Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-moving commercial environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
