Job Summary
Our client, a renowned International Financial Services Group, specialising in financial solutions and advisory services to businesses and high net worth individuals in South Africa is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Customer Relationship Management System Administrator, to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. PLEASE NOTE: The benchmarked CTC Salary is R20K R25K per month KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS : At minimum a bachelors degree (Advantageous) At least 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certification advantageous. Microsoft Excel Intermediate/Advanced Skills PowerBi experience advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and organizational skills. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage and administer the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and configurations within the CRM system Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM system Develop and implement CRM system enhancements and customizations based on user feedback and business requirements Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and create reports and dashboards within the CRM system Plan and execute data migration projects to transfer data to and from the CRM system Stay informed about industry best practices and new CRM technologies to make recommendations for system improvements
