About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you will manage incoming customer interactions via calls, emails, and other channels. You will provide accurate product information, process orders, and resolve Level 1 (L1) technical queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer support role
  • Fully L1 technically ready in EM product range

Qualifications

  • NQF Level 4 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Conduct Level 1 troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and complete customer interaction records.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and uphold quality standards.

Requirements

  • NQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support role.
