About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our team in Kliprivier. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales initiatives. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed sales targets for Northwest and Northern Limpopo regions.
- Conduct regular visits to the Northwest and Northern Limpopo regions.
- Meet profitability goals as agreed upon.
- Proactively seek and create new opportunities within the market.
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide after-sales service and regularly entertain customers.
- Establish and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Achieve targeted customer visit frequency.
- Perform market and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders.
- Load rental orders into the ERP system.
- Assist accounts personnel with the collection of outstanding and overdue payments.
- Complete weekly/monthly reports accurately and on time.
- Comply with all reasonable instructions.
- Adhere to Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Control standards.
- Follow clients’ SHEQ code of conduct and standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Sales
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated successful track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in report writing and using an ERP system
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Valid Drivers License
- Good understanding of sales and rentals
- Knowledge of mobile units and construction products
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in market intelligence
- Experience with cost control
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Energetic, target-driven, and adaptable
- Competent in administrative tasks, including quotations, weekly sales reporting, and lease agreements
- Strong planning and organizing skills
