About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Website Operation Manager/Specialist to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website strategy and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall D2C website strategy, managing key performance indicators, and driving conversion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall D2C website strategy
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue, traffic, and conversion targets
- Monitor and optimise key KPIs including: Traffic (UV), Conversion Rate (CVR), Average Order Value (AOV), Revenue Bounce Rate Repeat Purchase Rate
- Manage website content updates, product launches, and promotional calendar
- Optimise the end-to-end customer journey to improve website conversion
- Conduct A/B testing to improve UX and website performance
- Develop D2C-exclusive campaigns aligned with key retail moments
- Drive upsell, cross-sell, and bundling strategies to increase order value
- Work closely with the digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, Paid media, Social media traffic, Affiliate marketing, Email campaigns
- Develop and optimise CRM and membership programmes
- Implement marketing automation strategies to improve retention and repeat purchases
- Segment customers and implement lifecycle-based engagement strategies
- Improve customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Establish a clear performance dashboard using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with IT and developers to ensure website speed, Mobile optimisation, System stability, Manage integrations with payment gateways, logistics systems, and inventory management systems
- Ensure website security and smooth operational performance
- Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure accurate stock visibility
- Monitor order fulfilment efficiency and post-purchase experience
- Optimise return and refund processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or website operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience managing Shopify, Magento, or custom-built platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, CRM tools, Digital marketing metrics
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve conversion rates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
