Johannesburg: D365 Business Analyst (Financial Module)

Translate complex financial processes into functional specifications and system solutions . Partner with finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance . Support system configuration, testing, and deployment within D365 Finance. Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools. Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and junior analysts. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. 🧩 Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on D365 Finance . Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel for financial data analysis. Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. 🎓 Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree OR one of the following: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Familiarity with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and Power Automate. Background in ERP/CRM systems and financial compliance.
