Role Overview:

An experienced D365 Logistics Consultant is required to support the delivery of highly customized Dynamics 365 Logistics and Warehousing solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, resolving incidents, optimizing business processes, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer and solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the implementation of customized D365 Logistics and Warehousing solutions.
2. Collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.
3. Transfer process knowledge and insights to internal teams to ensure continuity and shared understanding.
4. Act as the bridge between functional and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements.
5. Review current business processes and recommend system and process optimizations to improve efficiency and quality.
6. Analyse incident trends to identify root causes and propose improvements to reduce recurrence and call volumes.
7. Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts.
8. Assist in planning deliverables and timelines, including effort estimation and impact assessments.
9. Prepare functional specifications and communicate requirements clearly to development teams.
10. Maintain global configuration templates and develop new configuration deliverables as needed.
11. Carry out additional related activities aligned with the consultants skills, as requested.
