About the Role

A financially savvy, high-energy individual is sought to join our front-office team in a business development capacity. As a dynamic role for candidates aiming to grow into a senior deal-making position, it’s ideal for those who thrive in high-performance environments and are eager to master B2B sales skills while directly contributing to our company’s global growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify prospective clients and business opportunities in local and international markets
  • Drive lead generation and build long-term relationships through outreach and networking, including participation in industry events
  • Plan daily work schedules to target both existing and new leads, focusing on engaging key decision-makers
  • Lead outbound sales and business development campaigns, managing outreach and setting up meetings with potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and engage directly with C-level stakeholders to present solutions and negotiate pricing and proposals
  • Close deals and manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to final agreement
  • Develop strategic partnerships that support business growth and market expansion
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate platform capabilities and value propositions
  • Participate in weekly sales team meetings and share insights on sales performance, pipeline status, and challenges
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to support product improvements and competitive positioning

Requirements

  • Qualified CA, CFA Level 2/3, LLB, or experience as a Product Specialist
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong interest in technology, finance, or B2B software platforms

Qualifications

  • Qualified CA, CFA Level 2/3, LLB, or experience as a Product Specialist
  • Completed Matric and Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
