Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain financial software applications using Delphi/Object Pascal. Collaborate with analysts and other developers to define, design, and implement system enhancements. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of existing applications. Integrate applications with databases and third-party APIs for seamless data flow. Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with development standards. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Experience: Minimum of 35 years experience in Delphi development, ideally within a financial or fintech environment. Strong experience in database integration (Firebird, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar). Experience working on financial systems or ERP applications will be highly advantageous. Skills: Proficiency in Delphi/Object Pascal, RAD Studio, and VCL/FMX frameworks. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycles. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and client-server application design. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Other Requirements: Available immediately or on short notice.
