Job Summary
Our Client is one of the leading global market players in power industry focusing on smart metering and smart grid technologies. Since the inception of the Group, it always has been moving on the edge of technology to deliver state of the art products and solutions to utilities all around the world. They’re looking for a Digital Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and revenue. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams. Design and review the Marketing department’s budget.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and manage the digital marketing team. Guide the content team in crafting engaging and SEO-friendly content. Collaborate with other teams and departments to integrate marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Launch and oversee online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Oversee SEO and SEM strategies. Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytic tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s digital marketing strategy’s effectiveness. Maintain knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, analytics and business intelligence. Provide end-to-end project management for all digital campaigns.
- Innovation and Adaption: Identifying and testing new digital platforms and tools. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments. Adapt strategies based on analytical data and emerging trends.
- Communication: Communicate digital marketing plans and strategies to senior management. Supervise the design of all digital media elements including the company website and individual project microsites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Digital technologies, or related field.
- An MBA would be advantage.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Digital Marketing Manager.
- Strong experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong team leading and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Considerations:
- Given the fast-paced nature of digital technologies, a Digital Marketing Director must be a quick learner, adaptable, and continuously focused on improving digital strategies based on data-driven decisions.
- This role often demands a balance between creative and analytical capabilities, suggesting that successful directors are both imaginative and technically inclined.
