Johannesburg: Ecommerce Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to perform at their best Ensure stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and audits Work closely with other departments (logistics, customer service, and procurement) to keep fulfillment seamless. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Implement and track performance KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement Plan and adapt operations to handle seasonal demand and business growth Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (Ecommerce is essential) Strong leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tech.
