Hire Resolves client in the Renewable Energy industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Renewable Energy Engineer in Johannesburg.

• Lead and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for renewable energy installations.
• Design and engineer renewable energy systems, including solar PV, wind, and hydro.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.

• Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• 10 15 years experience in renewable energy project management or engineering.
• Proficiency in renewable energy system design software (e.g., PVsyst, WindPRO).
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certification or licensure in renewable energy engineering (e.g., PEng, RE).
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations for renewable energy projects.
• Must be able to use Outlook/Email, Shared Drive, Google Chrome, Excel, and Word.
• Preferential: Drivers license and driving experience.
• Based in Johannesburg.
• Meticulous recording of information, filing, and paperwork.
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated to achieve results and continuously improve skills and learning.
