Job Description

Tasks: Develop and motivate staff: Develop and motivate staff to uphold quality and accurate work, customer service, and meet deadlines set by the business. Coach team members on the operational demands. Enforce that the team adhere and understand how to treat customers fairly (TCF). Manage team targets and performance: Identify opportunities to improve and expand on current processes. Actively manage and identify non-performance. Manage the risk that no errors are made when staff reconcile or upload a schedule. Maintain service, quality and desired outputs by enforcing current processes. Identify and escalate inter-departmental problems. Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints. Ensure that the correct processes are being adhered to in ensuring the manipulating of client data received. Ensure staff identify outstanding data and report missing information to necessary team member for escalation. Ensure all payments must be fully reconciled ensuring that it balances to the employer payment schedule. Ensure debit and credit notes are actioned correctly before statement date. Ensure statements are delivered to employers at the agreed dates. Ensure statements are accurate and reflect all received change requests. Ensure your team work closely with the dedicated group schemes administrator assigned to the client. Perform administrative duties: Participate and implement creation of new standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery your internal clients. Provide feedback to your internal customers and Management on matters resolved. Essential Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) Accounting Certificate Essential Experience: 3 years experience in billing / accounting or similar environment.
