Job Summary
Are you an Environmental Practitioner with experience working on large scale projects with a focus on Boiler Plants and looking for a new challenge? Our client within the Engineering space is seeking the expertise of a Environmental Practitioner to join their team in the JHB East area. This will be a permanent requirement. The Key Responsibilities for this Role Include Improving environmental practices Manage risks and ensuring compliance Developing, implementing and continuous improvement of environmental management systems to ISO standards Involved in auditing, investigating and reporting on environmental compliance and performance Qualification Environmental Management degree SACNASP Professional Registration ISO 14001 Standard Implementation and Lead Auditor SHE training courses i.e. SAMTRAC / RISKMAQ (advantageous) Experience 3 years’ experience in an Industrial Environment within a Operational Environmental role Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Environmental Legislation and requirements including ISO 14001:2015 standard Experience working in industrial work locations If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
