Job Description

We need someone strong with experience in estate management. You must reside close to Sandton/Cleveland This is not a live-in position Supervising in-house projects Overseeing the day-to-day tasks and operations of the home Managing household bills and administrative duties Running errands and purchasing items where required Ensure that Security is on site and performing their duties Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, and maintenance teams Ensure the home’s Pool is well-maintained by maintenance Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly Air-con to be checked weekly to ensure it is working All household equipment, how it is used, charged, and refurbished Sound Systems to be checked and ensure that they are used correctly Gardening services/ landscaping ensure it is up to the family’s standards Recon expenditure of the house Grocery shopping and stock take of products Scheduling home maintenance and repair work Responsibilities of planning, organizing, and coordinating events Managing household calendars and schedules Arranging appointments, scheduling, and supervising home maintenance projects Completing any other requested administrative tasks Understanding of food and beverages Able to understand an instruction and to act accordingly Able to act as a Host when and if requested Compile and maintain a standard operating procedure user manual for the entire Villa Estate. Ensure the whole estate alarm system is always activated after every shift for the day Submit daily and weekly progress reports to your Supervisors Communicate regularly on WhatsApp property groups Demonstrate ability to communicate well with high-profile clients and guests Silver Plate service skills Complete lists of preparation steps for client and guest visits Ensure all outside furniture is maintained and in working order Ensure golf carts are maintained and in working order Set and style the interior of the property per the booklet provided
