You bring: A Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field (Masters preferred). 8 years of experience in data, analytics, or technology within financial services, insurance, or telecommunications with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven mastery in Azure Synapse, SQL, metadata management, and enterprise data integration. A strong understanding of South African data governance and compliance. A record of building teams, shaping strategy, and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions.
