About the Role
A franchise quick-service restaurant in Fourways is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the complete store. The ideal candidate will possess strong general management skills and be able to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete store operations
- Manage inventory
- Conduct opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer relations
- Train staff effectively
- Resolve customer complaints
- Work efficiently with Mr D and Uber Eats platforms
