Job description:
Management Fees & Intercompany Billing
- Calculate and process management fees in line with company policy
- Ensure all group management fees are accurate and balanced
- Invoice subsidiaries accurately and on time
Non-Retail Entity Accounting
- Full monthly reconciliations for subsidiaries, trusts etc
- Perform trend and variance analysis and communicate key findings
- Ensure income statement and balance sheet accuracy
- Analyse cash clearings and maintain bank-to-GL reconciliations
- Manage GL debtors, accruals, provisions, and clearing accounts
- Approve and post journals; escalate unresolved variances
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support annual budgeting process for the Finance Manager
- Ensure accurate budget uploads and generate relevant ad hoc reports
Audit & Compliance
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Prepare audit schedules and address audit queries promptly
