Key Responsibilities
Successful Gaming Ambassadors:
-
Manage and grow high-end customer loyalty with appropriate recognition for their needs and value

Maintain records and measure trends of high-end guest activities
-
Co-ordinate and host VIP functions and hospitality events
-
Provide efficient and friendly customer service to Priv guests (face-to-face and telephonically), supplying prompt and complete information about all services and benefits on the property
-
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately
-
(Advantage) Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently
Qualifications & Experience

Matric (NQF 4)
-
Numeracy skills (NQF 4)
-
Verbal and written English skills (NQF 4)
-
Sound computer skills in MS Office
-
Presentation skills
-
At least three years experience in a related hospitality field
