Group Finance Manager | Hospitality Group | Johannesburg Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Group Finance Manager for a leading hospitality group based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-driven finance professional with strong multi-property experience and a passion for operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (Master’s/MBA advantageous) 5–8 years’ experience in multi-property hospitality finance or group finance Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax compliance and audit processes Experience with consolidations, intercompany transactions and statutory reporting Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Experience with PMS, POS and ERP systems Strong financial modelling and forecasting abilities Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Strong commercial and operational understanding within hospitality Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis Maintain chart of accounts and ensure correct intercompany eliminations Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and capex/opex planning Monitor performance against budgets and provide financial insights Consolidate cash flow across entities; manage liquidity and collections Strengthen internal financial controls across cash handling, POS, stock and audits Oversee inventory controls, recipe costing, stock counts and variance analysis Coordinate statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax and payroll regulations Support risk management, insurance reviews and business continuity planning Assist with financial modelling, due diligence and M&A activities Drive process improvements and ERP optimisation across the group Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries and support operational leadership Package Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits Opportunities for professional development To Apply Send your CV, references, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
