About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with multi-property experience to join our team as Group HOTEL Accountant. As a key member of our accounting operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial reporting across all hotel properties, ensuring consistency in financial policies and controls, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage accounting operations across all hotel properties
- Prepare detailed and timely financial reports for owners and GMs
- Monitor property-level performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Ensure consistent application of financial policies and controls across properties
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes
- Coordinate with property finance teams and support them as needed
- Handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality accounting, with exposure to multiple properties
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
