About the Role
Join Lesaka as a Growth Administrator! Location: Office-based within your assigned region Reporting To: National Partner Manager – Banking & Strategic Partnerships Direct Reports: None. Become part of Lesakas Growth Organisation, a dynamic team driving merchant acquisition, activation, revenue growth, and retention across our integrated product suite: Card | Cash | Capital | Software | VAS Portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare onboarding packs, track deals, and maintain version control.
- Update Dynamics/Salesforce daily, generate reports, and keep data clean.
- Capture and track inbound leads, monitor conversions, and liaise with Marketing.
- Compile dashboards, track KPIs, and highlight trends.
- Organize meetings, merchant sessions, and activation timelines.

Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years administrative or coordination experience within sales, merchant services, or financial environments.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Understanding of merchant onboarding or activation processes preferred.
