Johannesburg: Handyman

Handyman Reporting to: HR Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (2-4 yrs exp) Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: Perform electrical repairs, including lights and laundry. Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building. Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Perform maintenance and light repairs. Repair equipment or appliances. Assist with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs. Identify and report the need for major repairs. Perform basic repairs e.g. wall damage, broken window. Complete general maintenance work. Paint surfaces and apply stain as needed. Take on other installation, repair, and maintenance duties as needed and legally permitted.
