About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Analytics & Data Automation to lead our organisation’s data strategy and drive business intelligence initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data automation processes that support our business operations and analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of data automation processes, workflows, and data pipelines
  • Oversee enterprise data management practices, ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, accessibility, and integrity across all platforms
  • Drive business intelligence initiatives, including the development of dashboards, automated reporting, and enabling self-service analytics for business users
  • Define and execute the organisation’s data and analytics roadmap, aligning data capabilities with strategic business objectives
  • Manage and collaborate with analytics teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across business processes
  • Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modelling, data science, and machine learning projects
  • Ensure best practices across ETL/ELT pipelines, data automation frameworks, documentation, and data lifecycle management
  • Partner with business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable, and insight-driven data solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in data automations, analytics engineering, and business intelligence
  • Proven track record of building analytics solutions using modern cloud BI platforms
  • Experience in Power BI (advanced modelling, DAX, and data visualisation)
  • Microsoft Fabric (data engineering, lakehouse, pipelines, and automation) expertise
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, SQL, R, and Python
