Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in our solar energy offerings across specific regions/markets. Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, from utility-scale projects to commercial and industrial solar solutions. Partnerships & Alliances: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utility companies, investors, and corporate clients. Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded. Project Development: Collaborate with the technical, finance, and operations teams to create competitive project proposals that meet clients` needs and maximize profitability. Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to ensure we remain a leader in the solar sector. Revenue Growth: Take ownership of revenue targets, driving profitable growth and contributing to the overall success of the company. What Were Looking For: Proven Track Record: 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within the solar or broader renewable energy industry. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the solar energy market, including regulatory frameworks, project financing, and emerging technologies. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading and growing sales or business development teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
