Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a commercially focused entertainment and events strategy.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships and deals.
- Maximise venue utilisation and revenue opportunities.
- Oversee major events, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional guest experiences.
- Use data and market insights to guide decision-making and optimise results.
- Build and mentor a high-performing entertainment and events team.
- Collaborate across marketing, digital, and operations teams to integrate and promote events.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior management.
- Proven success in revenue generation, partnership development, and large-scale event management.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multimillion-rand budgets and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic thinking, innovation, and a customer-centric mindset.
