Johannesburg: Head of Sales – Fintech / SaaS

Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth for their cutting-edge credit risk software platform. This role requires a strategic, commercially focused leader with strong FinTech or SaaS experience. This is a hands-on and strategic role — the successful candidate will drive business development initiatives, engage with existing clients, identify and secure new business (“new logos”), and build a high-performing sales team focused on diversifying and expanding the company’s client base. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy, identifying new avenues for revenue, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and operational delivery.  What You’ll Do Lead market expansion and identify new revenue opportunities. Position the credit risk software solution as the platform of choice in credit risk management. Build strong client, partner, and industry relationships. Work with product teams to shape feature enhancements and new releases. Lead and grow a high-performing sales and client engagement team. What You Bring 8 years in sales leadership roles.
