About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HPE NonStop Tandem Administrator to support a Risk application for a prominent bank in South Africa. This role involves collaborating closely with various bank stakeholders to understand issues and resolve them by modifying backend code.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the HPE NonStop Tandem system for the Risk application.
- Work directly with stakeholders to analyze and understand problem statements.
- Resolve issues by making necessary changes to backend code.
- Utilize version control systems (e.g., GIT, SVN) effectively.
- Apply design and documentation methodologies specific to HPE NonStop Tandem.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience with HPE NonStop Tandem Administration.
- Expertise in version control systems such as GIT, SVN.
- Strong skills in design and documentation relevant to HPE NonStop Tandem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time-management skills and interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology.
