About the Role
Craven Cottage CC is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large staff complement, managing hotel occupancy, and implementing financial management strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff management, training, and development of a large staff complement
- Management, control, and streamlining hotel occupancy and related strategies to increase revenue
- Financial Management and compliance
- Coordination of operational departments, ensuring ongoing liaison to guarantee high standards of service at all times
- Related administration and month end reporting functions
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma) in Hospitality Management
- Stable track record and previous experience as a Deputy General Manager in a 5* Lodge/Hotel environment
- Must be able to oversee all departments within the lodge with excellent management ability and communication skills
- Fully conversant with hospitality POS/PMS/Accounting systems
- Excellent guest relations skills
