Overview:

The HR Learner will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various administrative and operational HR functions. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to the various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
• Maintain candidate databases and records.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare onboarding materials and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and databases.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
• Support in organizing HR-related events and activities.
• Assist in handling basic employee inquiries.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
• Support in maintaining positive employee relations.
• Participate in HR training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented
