Job Summary
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management 23 years relevant HR experience Minimum 1 year experience in timesheet and payroll administration Experience with biometrics time and attendance systems (e.g., Eco Time) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Role
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for the site Drafting contracts and staff requisitions Sending reminders to relevant HODs for fixed-term contract (FTC) renewals Issuing induction packs for new employees and submitting onboarding/offboarding documents to HQ Distributing payslips for bargaining unit employees Providing HR support to all on-site employees Handling HR-related ad hoc tasks and employee queries Managing Eco Time system loading and terminating employees Processing payroll: Calculating timesheets, ensuring HOD approval Reconciling Eco Time with payroll on a monthly basis Role Competencies: Effective verbal and written communication Strong teamwork and collaboration Meticulous attention to detail Decision-making and problem-solving ability Initiative and creativity Diplomacy and assertiveness Ability to manage stress and meet tight deadlines Strong planning, time management, and prioritisation skills Ability to engage at middle management level Alignment with company mission, vision, and culture

Compliance & Background Checks: o Conduct criminal, credit, and qualification checks for Head Office and selected branches. 7. General Administration: o Handle various general HR administrative duties as needed. 8.
