Position: Human Resources Assistant Location: Sandton Salary: CTC R15 000 Our client, a fast-growing leader in the beauty and haircare industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join their Sandton office. The company manufactures high-quality hair extensions designed for diverse Southern African hair types, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and the celebration of natural beauty. Key Responsibilities Support full recruitment cycle: job posting, shortlisting, interviews, verifications and onboarding Maintain employee files, payroll data, job descriptions and organograms Track attendance, leave and compile accurate monthly payroll inputs Manage onboarding, induction, resignations and employee exit processes Ensure legislative compliance (BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE, POPI) Assist with CCMA and labour lawrelated matters when required Process expense claims and maintain proper documentation Requirements Matric (NQF4) BCom HR / Industrial Psychology or equivalent Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Good numerical ability and accuracy Solid understanding of SA labour laws and HR compliance Beneficial: project management, business operations or team leader experience Skills Analytical thinking Flexibility Initiative Teamwork Customer focus Integrity Strong record-keeping Excellent planning and organisation.
