Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of PAM solutions, with hands-on involvement in OneIdentity.
  
• Develop and enforce IAM and PAM governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  
• Ensure secure management, monitoring, and lifecycle control of privileged accounts and elevated access rights.
  
• Identify privileged access risks and implement robust mitigation strategies to safeguard critical systems and data.
  
• Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align PAM initiatives with organisational objectives.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within IAM/PAM processes.
  
• Oversee incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution related to IAM and PAM environments.
  
• Produce high-quality documentation, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  
• Practical expertise with OneIdentity PAM tools.
  
• Strong understanding of privileged access risks, security principles, and mitigation strategies.
  
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in security governance or audit functions.
  
• Exposure to cloud-based IAM/PAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.).
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, OneIdentity certifications).
