What You’ll Be Doing Speak with new and existing clients to understand their needs and goals Guide clients through available men’s wellness and treatment options Convert enquiries into confirmed treatment plans using a consultative sales approach Build strong customer relations through follow-ups and ongoing communication Track your sales activity and performance against agreed targets Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth client journey Experience & Qualifications Proven sales experience (Minimum 3 years) in a service-driven or consultative environment Comfortable selling high-value services over multiple conversations Strong communication, listening, and closing skills Sales or customer service qualification is helpful but not required Salary & Benefits R20,000 basic salary Commission structure with OTE ± R40,000 Permanent, full-time role based in Sandton City Clear performance goals and earning visibility Career growth within the men’s wellness and medical sales space
