As an Intermediate Developer/Support Analyst, your day might include: Backend development and API maintenance for event platform Support and maintenance of the existing codebase and infrastructure Bug fixes and feature development for mobile and web applications Database management and performance optimization Integration work with payment systems and third-party platforms Technical support for live events and crisis management Documentation of systems and processes for knowledge transfer Experience: 3 years of software development experience Proficiency in relevant tech stack (based on existing platform requirements) Experience with API development and database management Understanding of payment processing and financial systems integration Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience with event-driven systems or real-time applications preferred Preferred Qualifications: Experience with mobile app backend development Knowledge of event ticketing or similar transactional platforms DevOps and infrastructure management skills Experience with scalable, high-traffic applications Understanding of security best practices for financial transactions
