About the Role
Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Intermediate IT Software Solutions Project Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a seasoned project manager with a strong background in the Individual Life Insurance Industry, you will be responsible for managing digital software solutions projects for external clients. Your expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies will enable you to effectively lead planning and implementation of IT software solutions projects in the Life Insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital software solutions projects for external life insurance companies
- Lead the development team and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Coordinate with developers, account managers, and external clients to address delays or overruns
- Monitor progress towards achieving agreed-upon project targets
- Facilitate communication between external clients and Diverse Consulting Solutions
- Manage changed events affecting project timelines
- Participate in software design and testing phases as needed
- Develop methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective supervision when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an IT Software Solutions Project Manager
- Experience working in the Individual Life Insurance Industry
- Full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) working experience
- Agile experience
- Own transport and driver’s license
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Software degree or software diplomas
- Project management certification

Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary package: Up to R 60 000 CTC per Month. A Pension Fund of between 4% – 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees.
