Job Summary
Seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Control Accountant to join their dynamic team. If you are a CA(SA) with a passion for implementing and strengthening internal controls, this is an exciting opportunity for you. Key
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor internal control processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of internal controls to identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that control measures are adhered to and effectively integrated into business operations. Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend enhancements as needed. Assist in audits and ensure that audit findings are addressed promptly. Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control policies and best practices. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Qualified CA(SA) Minimum of two years of post-articles experience, preferably in an internal control or audit environment. Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance. Experience in implementing and improving internal control frameworks. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
