Candidate Requirements: A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Travel is essential Personal experience traveling in Africa is ESSENTIAL Must have experience in the Sales and Luxury Tourism environment Africa DMC experience required Exposure to world-class sales management/transformation and digital e-commerce practices will be highly advantageous Must have extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management Will need to assist in the development and implementation of sales & marketing plans as needed Will need to conduct reviews with sales team members for continuous improvements Will need to maintain contact with Key Market clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction Must demonstrate the ability to interact, cooperate and mentor employees
