Job Description

IT Systems Engineer (Tier 2) Onsite

A skilled IT Systems Engineer is sought to deliver onsite support and lead infrastructure implementations across client environments. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with structured IT project execution and service management.

Key Focus Areas:

Advanced desktop, server, and network support
Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization deployments
IT project implementation: onboarding, configuration, and tool rollout
ITIL/COBIT5-aligned service delivery: risk, release, and configuration management
Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation
Professional client support and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years technical support and field experience
CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent (AZ900/MS900)
Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure exposure
ITIL framework knowledge (certification advantageous)
Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects
