About the Role
Our client in the BPO sector is urgently looking for a Workforce Manager to join their team. As a key member of the workforce management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client’s workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize workforce schedules to meet business needs
- Analyze forecasting data to identify trends and make informed scheduling decisions
- Implement and maintain real-time time management systems to ensure accurate tracking of work hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver project deliverables on time
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- 4 years minimum experience in Workforce Management
- Dialer experience for outbound campaigns is a must
- Excellent skills in forecasting, scheduling, and real-time time management are a must
- Strong organizational skills to ensure critical timelines are met
- Accuracy and attention to details are a must in this role
