About the Role
Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Workforce Manager to join our client in the BPO sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce operations, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and providing exceptional support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workforce operations to ensure efficient use of resources
- Develop and implement forecasting and scheduling strategies
- Utilize dialer tools for outbound campaigns
- Provide real-time time management and monitoring
- Ensure critical timelines are met through strong organizational skills
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in project deliverables
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Workforce Management
- Dialer experience for outbound campaigns (required)
