About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship & Sales Consultant to join our skincare brand team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our stockists and driving sales growth across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and maintain relationships with existing stockists and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct on-road and B2B sales calls to promote our products and services
  • Manage product allocation and ensure timely delivery of products to stockists
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product inventory
  • Utilize sales apps and computer software to track sales performance and stay up-to-date with company information
  • Collaborate with the Sales HOD to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

  • Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care or related field (e.g. Cosmetology, Somatology)
  • Minimum 3 years of on-road/B2B sales experience in the skincare industry
  • Strong professional English command (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Proven sales driving skills with a track record of generating sales growth
  • Business savvy with proficiency in sales apps and computer software (Ms Office, Excel, Outlook, Word)

Qualifications

  • CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds certification in Beauty or related field

Salary & Benefits

  • R17,000 basic salary per month (based on desired experience in sales)
  • Company-provided cell phone, tablet, and communication tools
  • Petrol card for business use only

  • Product allocation of 5 products per month
  • Annual incentives based on overall performance
  • Travel/overnight stay allowance (company expense)
