About the Role
The Centurion: Senior Antenna Engineer role is a critical position that requires expertise in designing and developing high-performance antennas for a wide range of applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading antenna product development, working closely with clients to determine design requirements, and ensuring seamless collaboration with manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to determine their design requirements
- Plan and execute the design, development, and test prototypes
- Work closely with the manufacturing teams to ensure that design specifications are met
- Technical lead on projects
- Antenna Product Development
- RF Product development
- Reporting and writing
- Participate, facilitate and support technical communication, training with clients and technical interaction with clients
Requirements
- BEng Hons (Electronic engineer) or Masters degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience
- Design experience in a broad range of antenna types and associated signal conditioning RF circuits (e.g., filters)
- Experience in the 1 MHz to 9 GHz frequency range
Qualifications
- MS Office (expert-level)
- MATLAB (expert-level)
- FEKO or similar 3D CEM tools (expert-level)
