Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Generating new leads by researching companies, industries, and decision-makers who could benefit from our products or services. Qualifying Leads: Evaluating leads based on specific criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities. This involves understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Outreach: Initiating contact with leads through personalized emails, calls, or messages to introduce our company`s offerings and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Follow-up: Following up with leads to nurture relationships, address their questions or objections, and guide them through the sales funnel. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer inquiries.

Requirements:

To become a successful Sales and Marketing Coordinator, potential employees need to meet the following requirements: South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before. Educational Background: Grade 12 with school subjects such as Business Studies, English, Art, Tourism, Accounting, Economics or Office admin. We need someone who understands basic business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for effectively engaging with leads and collaborating with internal teams.
