About the Role
Our client, a dynamic team in Johannesburg, is seeking a dedicated Junior Practice Assistant to support their vibrant environment and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. As a passionate individual with a keen interest in healthcare, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally while making an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving patients
- Opening and managing patient files
- Assist patients with fitting frames
- Compile quotations and invoices
- Assist with stock takes
- Schedule appointments
- Ensure that the practice are organized and tidy
- Provide support to the sales team by promoting products and services, assist with achieving the sales targets
Requirements
- Matric
- Computer literate in Excel
- 1 year of administration experience
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in medical practices beneficial
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English
- Valid RSA driver’s license and own transport or reliable transport

Salary & Benefits
R 5,000 – R 6,000 per month, with arrangement
