Johannesburg: Junior Sales Representative (Freshpact Fluted Paper Trays)

Job Requirements:  3-year tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or Agricultural Science  Fluent in English and Afrikaans  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team  A confident, energetic, and determined approach  Ability to communicate with customers at all levels  The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment  Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with potential and exciting customers  Sound technical understanding and ability to problem solve customers’ problems and offer solutions  This is a regional sales role, so the ability to travel is important  Valid drivers license  Strong business acumen Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:  New business and market development – Grow existing market segments and develop and enter /disrupt new markets and applications  Local and international competitor analysis and product benchmarking  Tracking and actively building and expanding the regional sales footprint  Building, maintaining and managing excellent supplier relations  Understanding customer requirements, offering technical support and solution selling  Continuous business improvement. (Making sure its a pleasure to do business with us)  Resolution of customer complains  Monitoring of our paper trays and products in trade to ensure fit-for-purpose performance
