About the Role
MillennialNxt is seeking a Kick-Starter Recruiter Programme Freelance to join our team as an independent contractor. As a Finder Affiliate, you will be responsible for identifying and submitting potential candidates and client leads via provided links. This part-time role offers flexibility to work from home and provides opportunities for career growth within MillennialNxt.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit candidate referrals through a unique submission link
- Submit potential client leads through a unique submission link
- Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and non-duplicative
- Follow MillennialNxt guidelines and instructions for submissions
- Maintain transparency for weekly reporting
Requirements
- Working laptop or desktop computer
- Reliable internet connection
- Dedicated Google account (for Chrome, Google Forms, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Interest in recruitment or sales is a plus
